How do I turn on the keyboard?

Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard, then choose Clacky. In any app, hold the globe icon under the keyboard and pick Clacky.

Why is there no sound?

Sound and haptics need Allow Full Access: Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Clacky. Then check the sound dial on the keyboard’s settings bar, and your media volume. To hear keys when your iPhone is on silent, set the dial to Always.

Is Full Access safe?

iOS shows the same warning for every keyboard. Clacky’s keyboard has no networking code, and what you type stays on your iPhone. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I change design or language?

Tap the sliders key on the keyboard. Swipe the keys to change design, or use the A and あ keys to change language.

I bought a design, but it isn’t on the keyboard.

Paid designs need Allow Full Access to be on. If it’s on, open the Clacky app once so it can check your purchases.

How do I restore my purchases?

In the Clacky app, tap any locked design, then “Already bought? Restore”. If you own everything, it’s under the sliders key in the app.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
